Bas\u00e9e au c\u0153ur de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me <strong>Paris-Saclay<\/strong>, l\u2019unit\u00e9 a adopt\u00e9 en <strong>janvier 2026<\/strong> une nouvelle structuration scientifique pour amplifier son impact dans les domaines de l\u2019imagerie m\u00e9dicale, de la recherche translationnelle et de l\u2019innovation th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/p><h3><strong>Une r\u00e9organisation strat\u00e9gique<\/strong><\/h3><p>Depuis janvier 2026, BioMaps s\u2019articule autour de <strong>six \u00e9quipes th\u00e9matiques<\/strong> :<\/p><ul><li><strong>DMI<\/strong> : D\u00e9veloppements M\u00e9thodologiques &amp; Instrumentaux<\/li><li><strong>ARTISTES<\/strong> : Analyse et Reconstruction par Technologie Intelligente Et Simulation num\u00e9rique<\/li><li><strong>DRIM<\/strong> : recherche fondamentale, d\u00e9veloppement technologique et applications cliniques, tout en int\u00e9grant des enjeux \u00e9mergents comme\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li><strong>L\u2019intelligence artificielle<\/strong> pour l\u2019optimisation des d\u00e9tecteurs, l\u2019analyse et la reconstruction d\u2019images.<\/li><li><strong>L\u2019imagerie de l\u2019immunit\u00e9<\/strong>, coupl\u00e9e au d\u00e9veloppement de <strong>biomarqueurs pr\u00e9dictifs<\/strong> pour guider les immunoth\u00e9rapies.<\/li><li><strong>Les approches th\u00e9ranostiques<\/strong>, o\u00f9 l\u2019imagerie permet \u00e0 la fois de diagnostiquer et d\u2019optimiser des traitements cibl\u00e9s (ex. : radioth\u00e9rapie interne vectoris\u00e9e, d\u00e9livrance de m\u00e9dicaments par ultrasons).<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Un bilan positif depuis 2020<\/strong><\/h3><p>Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2020, BioMaps a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des avanc\u00e9es majeures en imagerie multimodale (prototype hybride TEP-US, l\u2019immuno-TEP clinique, etc.), renforc\u00e9 ses partenariats industriels et acad\u00e9miques, ses collaborations internationales et vu ses travaux r\u00e9compens\u00e9s par des prix scientifiques, tout en lan\u00e7ant des innovations translationnelles comme la start-up TheraSonic.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Une continuit\u00e9, un changement de direction<\/strong><\/h3><p>Tous les membres de BioMaps saluent l\u2019engagement et la vision de <strong>Vincent Lebon<\/strong>, qui a dirig\u00e9 l\u2019unit\u00e9 depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2020. <strong>Nicolas Tournier<\/strong>, pharmacologue et radiopharmacien reconnu en neuroimagerie, a pris depuis ce printemps sa rel\u00e8ve \u00e0 la direction de BioMaps. Son leadership et son exp\u00e9rience seront des atouts cl\u00e9s pour accompagner cette transition et poursuivre la mission de l\u2019unit\u00e9 : <strong>Concevoir des m\u00e9thodes, instruments et agents d\u2019imagerie biom\u00e9dicale et de les transf\u00e9rer vers les applications cliniques.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><strong>Perspectives d\u2019avenir<\/strong><\/h3><p>BioMaps entend renforcer ses collaborations avec les acteurs <strong>hospitaliers, industriels et acad\u00e9miques<\/strong>.
