L\u2019ambition est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la compr\u00e9hension des m\u00e9canismes neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratifs et\/ou adaptatifs li\u00e9s aux pathologies du SNC et \u00e0 son interaction avec son environnement (m\u00e9dicaments, neurotoxiques, mol\u00e9cules psychoactives).<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe contribue au d\u00e9veloppement pharmacologique et clinique de biomarqueurs d\u2019imagerie, de <strong>radiopharmaceutiques <\/strong>ou <strong>produits de contraste<\/strong>. Elle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une expertise reconnue en <strong>mod\u00e9lisation pharmacocin\u00e9tique<\/strong> et d\u2019un environnement scientifique et hospitalier privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 permettant de mettre en place des <strong>\u00e9tudes cliniques\u00a0<em>First-in-Man<\/em><\/strong>. Cette approche permet \u00e9galement d\u2019\u00e9tudier le devenir des m\u00e9dicaments dans l\u2019organisme et dans le cerveau chez l\u2019Homme, c\u2019est <strong>l\u2019imagerie pharmacocin\u00e9tique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe associe des chercheurs et pharmacologues avec des <strong>cliniciens neurologues<\/strong> particuli\u00e8rement attentifs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des outils instrumentaux et mol\u00e9culaires pour la neuroimagerie. Cette approche a notamment permis de mettre en \u00e9vidence l\u2019importance de la dynamique des processus neuroimmunitaires sur la progression clinique de la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer.
