Les premiers travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s laissent entrevoir la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019une <strong>meilleure quantification et\/ou d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de la dose inject\u00e9e au patient<\/strong> avec un faible impact sur la qualit\u00e9 des images reconstruites (sur le niveau de bruit, la r\u00e9solution des images, la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de contraste).<\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La <strong>r\u00e9gularisation<\/strong> d\u2019un probl\u00e8me inverse consiste \u00e0 apporter des<strong> informations suppl\u00e9mentaires lors de la reconstruction.<\/strong> Elle se traduit classiquement par l\u2019utilisation de mod\u00e8les statistiques ou de contraintes sur les param\u00e8tres \u00e0 estimer qui vont permettre de r\u00e9duire le niveau de bruit dans les images reconstruites. La derni\u00e8re image utilise notamment des informations de l\u2019image IRM du m\u00eame patient.<\/i><\/figcaption>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d9f721d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"d9f721d\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-60e779f\" data-id=\"60e779f\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f151c1c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f151c1c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Nous d\u00e9veloppons dans notre laboratoire <strong>des approches de reconstruction innovantes utilisant l\u2019apprentissage profond pour obtenir des m\u00e9thodes de r\u00e9gularisation adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 un protocole, voire potentiellement \u00e0 un patient.<\/strong> Ces m\u00e9thodes respectent tout \u00e0 la fois les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de la reconstruction TEP (reconstruction tomographique en pr\u00e9sence de bruit de Poisson) et une r\u00e9gularisation d\u00e9di\u00e9e plus adapt\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Un enjeu fondamental de ces travaux est<strong> la fiabilit\u00e9 de ces approches<\/strong>. Il s\u2019agit de s\u2019assurer que nos m\u00e9thodes soient robustes \u00e0 de faibles variations dans les donn\u00e9es et que l\u2019on puisse caract\u00e9riser les images reconstruites (m\u00e9thodes \u00ab\u00a0explicables\u00a0\u00bb, convergence du sch\u00e9ma it\u00e9ratif, incertitudes etc.), , ce qui est critique dans notre application m\u00e9dicale. Il s\u2019agit en particulier d\u2019<strong>\u00e9viter des instabilit\u00e9s qui se traduisent dans les images reconstruites par la cr\u00e9ation de signaux \u00ab\u00a0artificiels\u00a0\u00bb, non justifi\u00e9s par les donn\u00e9es<\/strong> (aussi appel\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0hallucinations\u00a0\u00bb). Nos travaux portent \u00e9galement sur la caract\u00e9risation de ces instabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Nous explorons ainsi des m\u00e9thodes dites \u00ab\u00a0hybrides\u00a0\u00bb combinant un mod\u00e8le direct connu et des m\u00e9thodes de r\u00e9gularisation bas\u00e9es sur l&rsquo;apprentissage supervis\u00e9.
