Ces images sont ensuite directement exploitables pour \u00e9tudier divers m\u00e9canismes mol\u00e9culaires impliqu\u00e9s notamment dans les domaines applicatifs \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.biomaps.universite-paris-saclay.fr\/index.php\/imagerie-en-oncologie\/\">Imagerie en oncologie<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.biomaps.universite-paris-saclay.fr\/index.php\/neuroimagerie-pharmacologique\/\">Neuroimagerie pharmacologique<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb. Cette \u00e9tape \u00e0 l\u2019interface entre num\u00e9rique et sant\u00e9 fait intervenir des experts en traitement du signal et des images, de la physique m\u00e9dicale et des applications concern\u00e9es.<\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La reconstruction telle qu\u2019elle est impl\u00e9ment\u00e9e sur les syst\u00e8mes TEP usuels utilise des <strong>mod\u00e8les physiques pour relier la distribution d\u2019\u00e9mission du radiotraceur (Bq\/mL) aux quantit\u00e9s mesur\u00e9es\u00a0<\/strong>: nombre de photons d\u2019annihilation d\u00e9tect\u00e9s en co\u00efncidence pour chaque paire de d\u00e9tecteurs. L\u2019\u00e9tape de reconstruction consiste en l<strong>\u2019inversion de ce mod\u00e8le physique afin d\u2019estimer, \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es mesur\u00e9es, la distribution d\u2019\u00e9mission du radiotraceur qui les a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es<\/strong>. Cela implique de d\u00e9velopper des m\u00e9thodes de reconstruction innovantes pour obtenir des<strong> images quantitatives fiables et pr\u00e9cises<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Notre \u00e9quipe d\u00e9veloppe et \u00e9value des approches it\u00e9ratives pour la reconstruction en TEP dans des sc\u00e9narios applicatifs sp\u00e9cifiques, notamment\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>reconstruction \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es dynamiques pour analyse de la cin\u00e9tique du radiotraceur\u00a0;<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>reconstruction en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une faible activit\u00e9 administr\u00e9e au patient (imagerie basse dose)\u00a0;<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>reconstruction pour des nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de cam\u00e9ras TEP en cours de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Divers axes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des informations apport\u00e9es par la reconstruction sont ainsi explor\u00e9s \u00e0 BioMaps\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>La quantification des incertitudes sur les param\u00e8tres reconstruits\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>La mise en place de reconstructions multidimensionnelles et multiparam\u00e9triques\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>L\u2019utilisation de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biomaps.universite-paris-saclay.fr\/index.php\/utilisation-de-methodes-dintelligence-artificielle-robustes-pour-la-r\/\">m\u00e9thodes d\u2019Intelligence Artificielles \u00ab robustes \u00bb pour la reconstruction TEP<\/a><\/em><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Notre \u00e9quipe participe \u00e9galement au d\u00e9veloppement de la plateforme logicielle <em>open source<\/em> de reconstruction <a href=\"https:\/\/www.castor-project.org\">CASToR<\/a> depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, en l\u2019alimentant en particulier avec les algorithmes d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans nos activit\u00e9s de recherche.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
